Child labour is fully prohibited by Indian Government. But this is not compulsory for Industries and or big cunstruction work, because every one have money who has take work by Childs. If any person arrested by the Police against Child Labour, the Owner of Company or Property has give some money i.e. (RISWAT) to the Police Officials, Then they Police Officials are release that person.
So the Indian Child Labour Ruls have Very big weekness.
